1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most women’s clothing, provided items are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
• Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, bras, swimwear) cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons, unless defective or damaged in transit.
• Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or damages.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

• The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in saleable condition.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Returns for reasons such as wrong size or color are accepted unless otherwise specified.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• To initiate a return, email sharma2404ishu@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and item details.
• A return shipping label and instructions will be sent if your request is approved.
• Ship the item back securely, as per the instructions provided.

4. Refunds and Processing

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit if preferred.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped.
• Store credit or exchanges may be offered for eligible returns.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

• We do not accept returns for items without tags, washed or used items, or those not in original packaging.
• If the returned item does not meet eligibility criteria, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

• If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a no-cost replacement or full refund.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation fee. Once shipped, cancellation must follow the return process.
